Accessibility Information

We are committed to providing an inclusive experience for all visitors. Our gardens feature paved accessible pathways through major collections, mobility device rentals at the Welcome Centre, and accessible washroom facilities throughout the grounds.

Sensory garden areas include tactile plant labels and audio descriptions available via our mobile guide. Service animals are welcome in all outdoor areas. For specific accessibility questions or to arrange accommodations for your visit, please contact our accessibility coordinator through the form above.

Seasonal Closures

Some garden areas have limited access during certain seasons for plant protection and maintenance.

Winter Garden Access

From December through March, outdoor garden paths may be closed during inclement weather. Our heated conservatories remain open year-round, offering tropical and Mediterranean collections even in winter months.

Winter programs include greenhouse tours, holiday botanical displays, and indoor workshop series. Check our seasonal calendar or contact visitor services for current access information.
